Ron Mueller called the meeting to order at 4:04 P.M.
Ron Mueller moved to dispense with the reading of the minutes of the previous meeting and
to accept them as typed by staff. Paul Uhlrich seconded.
Agenda Item: Discuss maintenance license requirements.
After discussion on the topic, it was decided to ask about changing the language regarding
maintenance. Possibly omit "installing" and "altering." Also find out more information
regarding maintenance work and the legality of getting permits for the work. Motion by Paul
Uhlirch to table. Seconded by Ron Mueller.
Agenda Item: Discuss permits being taken out and having someone other than the permit
holder doing the work.
After discussion on the topic, it was decided to check out the wording on the ordinance.
Also the possibility of notifying the permit holder they are responsible for work being done.
Motion by Kevin Pfohl to table the issue. Seconded by Bob Schmidt.
