Dear Mayor Duggan:
The Iowa Department of Economic Development (IDED) hereby amends the above referenced HOME
Investment Partnership Program contract by extending the funding agreement expiration date.
This amendment is in response to your request dated December 15, 2004.
The contract by and between the Iowa Department of Economic Development ("Department or IDED")
and Dubuque ("Recipient") is amended as of the date shown above as follows:
AMEND Article 1.1 TIME OF PERFORMANCE by revising the expiration date and extending the
performance period to June 30, 2005.
AMEND each Article in the Master Contract and Funding Agreement that refers to "Exhibit A" to
"Exhibit A, as Amended" as shown on the attached amended Exhibit A.
Except as otherwise revised above, the terms, provisions, and conditions ofthe Master Contract and
Funding Agreement remain unchanged and are in full force and effect.
