This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that as she was walking on South
Grandview Avenue near Plymouth Court, she stepped into a pothole along the edge of
the sidewalk and fractured her right ankle.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
