This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that as she was driving past a City of
Dubuque refuse truck which was stopped on Judson Street near Hillcrest Road, the truck
struck her vehicle as the truck pulled away fro the curb.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
