Dear Mayor Duggan:
A check of Dubuque's line of credit balance through the Department's computerized system
indicates that the city currently has 2.0 I years worth of funding as a balance. This is a reminder that the
city is to be at or below 1.5 years as of May I, 2000. In order to achieve this level, $716,875 will have to
be drawn down and expended prior to this date.
If we can be of any assistance in helping you meet the timely distribution of funds requirement
please let us know.
If you have any questions, contact Mr. Barry Linstrom, Public Trust Specialist, at 402/492-3161.
