Lindahl.
Mayor Pro-Tem Nicholson
read the call and stated that
this is a Special Session of the
City Council called for the pur-
pose of going into Closed'
Session to discuss the pur-
chase of property in accor-
dance with Chapter 21.5 (1)(j)
of the Code of Iowa.
Upon motion it was resolved
to go into Closed Session in
accordance with Ch. 21.5(1)(j).
At 6:21 P.M. Council recon-
vened Regular Session with
statement that Staff has been
given proper direction.
There being no further busi-
ness, upon motion meeting
adjourned at 6:22 P.M.
