In checking the seat location he identified, it was determined that this condition did exist in the seat and Mr. Grady was informed by the house manager that he could file a claim with the city clerk to reimburse him for repair or replacement of his trousers. He did state that the trousers were not repairable, and consequently replaced them in the amount of $57.78 at Younkers. We are recomending that Mr. Grady be reimbursed for this amount.
