Dear Mayor Duggan:
WHEREAS, the Iowa Department of Economic Development approved a Contract the City of
Dubuque for the expenditure of Home Program funds; and
WHEREAS, the Grantee is now desirous of amending said Contract and has requested a time
extension.
THEREFORE, said Contract by and between the Iowa Department of Economic Development
(hereafter referred to as Department) and the City of Dubuque (hereafter referred to as Grantee) is hereby
amended as follows:
AMEND each Article in the Contract that refers to "Attachment A-I, Program Description and
Budget" to "Attachment A-I, as amended."
The followin!! amendments will be made to the Contract:
AMEND Article 3.1 TIME OF PERFORMANCE by revising the completion date and extending the
performance period to September 30, 2000.
Except as otherwise revised above, the terms, provisions, and conditions of the Contract remain
unchanged and are in full force and effect.
