Proclamation - Arbor Day D~~~E ~ro clamatíon on April 29, 2000, citizens of Dubuque will gather at the Dubuque Arboretum and Botanical Gardens to celebrate the first Arbor Day of the new Millennium; and we recognize that trees are a precious natural resource, contributing to the health of our planet and our quality of life; and - t'.
