The four properties being protested are: 1) Dubuque Bank & Trust at 2196 Holliday Drive. 2) Dubuque Bank & Trust at 1398 Central Avenue. 3) Dubuque Bank & Trust at 1301 Central Avenue. 4) Long John Silvers' at 1500 Kennedy Road. In addition four properties have filed to District Court for their 2011 assessment. 1) Hy -Vee on the Northwest Arterial. They had previously filed to the Property Assessment Appeal Board for 2009 and 2010. Their 2011 assessment is 5,061,500 and they are requesting a value of 2,530,750. 2) Kohl's on the Northwest Arterial. We are currently in District Court with them for 2009 and 2010. Their 2011 assessment is 5,816,500 and they are requesting a value of 4,410,000. 3) Oak Park Place. We are currently in District Court with them for 2010. Their 2011 assessment is 11,605,130 and they are requesting a value of 6,537,900. 4) AMC Theatres on the Northwest Arterial. This is a new petition for 2011. Their 2011 assessment is 7,892,860 and they are requesting 4,405,235. This notification is required under 441.37A (1) d of the Code of Iowa. The appeals are for 2011 assessments of value and would affect taxes payable in the fall of 2012 and the spring of 2013.
