Environmental Stewardship Advisory Commission Member, Sarah Schneider, appointed
October 1, 1999, has not attended any Commission meetings, After several unsuccessful
attempts to reach her by telephone and mail, I have learned that she has moved to Des
Moines, Although we did not receive an official resignation from Ms, Schneider, I would
like her position declared vacant and begin the process to fill it, Ms, Schneider was never
officially sworn in as a Commissioner through the City Clerk's Office,
