Honorable Mayor Terry Duggan & City of Dubuque Council Members,
This letter is to inform you that due to my other commitments and finding that upper
management seems to be overruling the Plumbing Board without consulting the Board
members about their rulings.
Since I can no longer be of effective use on the Plumbing Board, effective April 12,
2000, I hereby tender my resignation from that Board.
