The meeting was called to order at 4:00 P,M, by Jack Papin, and announced that it was being
conducted in accordance with Iowa Open Meetings Law, Order of business was as follows:
Minutes of last meeting read, Motion to accept made by Harlan Willenborg, seconded by Stan
Gonner. All in favor of motion,
The Board reviewed the applications for City of Dubuque plumbing licenses, Mark Hinderman and
Bryan Reisen were approved for Master Plumber w/Gas licenses,

The Board questioned the Naab brothers incomplete applications for Master Plumber, The Naabs,
Andy and Adam, questioned why Larry Husemann was granted a Master Plumber's License with the
same qualifications as they have, Staff told them there was an oversight due to the fact that the
application involved a reciprocity license, Staff talked to Mr,Husemann last week and he said he
would take the practical test if required, but was unaware of the requirement when he applied,
The Naabs will decide if they will obtain a Master Plumber License in Cedar Rapids, or take the
Dubuque practical test. Staff will send Mr. Husemann a letter informing him that he must comply
with the Board's requirement if he desires to have a Master Plumber License.
