This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that as he was walking on the sidewalk in
front of 2180 St. Celia, he slipped on ice and hit the back of his head and ribs on the
sidewalk.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
