Dear MayorDuggan and City Councilmembers:
On behalf of myself, Lloyd S. Gudenkauf, 10816 Cascade Drive, Dubuque,
Iowa, 52003 I hereby request a 180 day extension for the:installation and
improvements for Lots 1 through 4 of Block 4, Lots 1 and 2 of Block 5,
and Lots 1 through 3 of Block 6, all of Jaeger Heights Subdivision
No. 2 in the City of Dubuque, Iowa. The final plat of the above described
subdivivision was approved per Resolution No. 540-99.
I just purchased this property from Al Gudenkauf, and I'm in the process
of confirming the bids to start developing, therefore I'm Requesting
this extension before the deadline approaches.
