Dear Administrator:
Your satisfaction with the Visiting Nurse Association services is very important to us. We take great pride in
delivering the best possible service to you, your agency, and both your and our clients. As a result, I would like to
inform you of some changes that have taken place at the Visiting Nurse Association during the past week.
First, I want to announce some changes that are taking place in our management structure. Barb Moran, our
executive director of the VNA, has resigned. We all wish Barb well in her future endeavors.
At this time, we have begun the search for a new executive director of the VNA. In the interim, we have
restructured our management services as follows: Roger Wilson, Director - C.A.R.E. Net Services, and Kathy
Wampfler, Director of Community Services, will serve as co-directors of the VNA. Nancy Yelden will continue to
serve as the director of the Clayton County VNA. Roger, Kathy, and Nancy will report to Kathy Abba, Vice
President - Chief Financial Officer for Finley Tri-States Health Group, Inc. Ms. Abba will serve as the interim
executive director ofthe VNA.
Roger Wilson, Kathy Wampfler, and Nancy Yelden will be responsible for the day-to-day management ofVNA
programs and services. All operational questions regarding programs and services should be directed to either
Roger or Kathy (for Dubuque) or Nancy (for Clayton County). All general administrative questions should be
directed to Kathy Abba.
