Greater Dubuque Development's By-Laws provide that the City Manager and Mayor shall be elected to
serve on the GD.D.C. Board of Directors. Our records indicate that your term, as well as the Mayor's
term, expire June 30, 2000. Therefore, GD.D.C. needs to receive official notification that you and Terry
Duggan will continue to serve in these capacities.
In addition, two members of the City Council shall be nominated by the Council to serve on the
G.D.D.C. Board of Directors. Your present Board members are:

Our Annual Board meeting is scheduled for June 9, 2000 and we ask that you notify us of your nominees
