Amendment to DRA CIP Schedule for the Year 2000

Dear Honorable Mayor and City Council:
At the monthly Dubuque Racing Association meeting held on May 23, 2000, the DRA Board of
Directors approved an amendment to the 2000 DRA CIP Schedule, to allow for the purchase of a
hot water heater and installation for a cost of $11,690.13, and for the purchase of an automated
external defibrillator and related equipment costing approximately $6,5000 with the source of
funding from the DRA Reserve Funds.
Provisions within the DRAlCity Lease require City concurrence and approval for certain projects
involving DRA Reserve Funds.
The 2000 Original, Amended Schedules and Amended Budget list the following total
expenditures:
