This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that as he was stopped for a red light at 15th
Street on Central Avenue, his vehicle was struck from behind by a City Housing
Department vehicle driven by Tim Moler.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
