Vehicle Damage
This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that as he was traveling south on Jackson
Street near East 1ih Street, he was struck by a City of Dubuque Police vehicle which
failed to yield the right of way and pulled out from a stop sign.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
