Dear Mayor and City Council Members:
The Long Range Planning Advisory Commission has reviewed the Amended and Restated Ice
Harbor Urban Renewal District Plan for conformity with the City of Dubuque's Comprehensive
Plan at its May 17,2000 Commission meeting. Chairperson Mills excused himself from the
discussion.
After a discussion regarding the conformity of the proposed Urban Renewal District with the
Comprehensive Plan, the Commission determined that the proposed Plan conforms with the
City's Comprehensive Plan by a vote of6-0-1.
