City Conference Board Meeting
January 12, 2005
On January 12,2005, the members of the Dubuque City Conference Board met in the
Dubuque Board of Supervisor's Chambers, Dubuque County Courthouse, Dubuque,
Iowa. The plIIpOse of the meeting was to set guidelines for the negotiator regarding the
collective barga.ining agreement with union employees.
The meeting was called to order at 4:00 p.m. by Chairperson Terry Duggan.
Roll call was taken, Those present were:

Also present were John Ganshirt, negotiator for the City Conference Board and Dubuque
City Assessor, Ricl:Jard Engelken.
Mr. Nicholson made a motion to enW closed session to discuss issues pertaining to a
collective bargaining agreement with the union. Ms. Cline seconded the motion. All
members voted "Aye." Motion carried.
The conference Board then entered closed session. Ms. Cline made a motion to exit
closed sessiotl. Mr. Nicholson seconded the motion. All members voted "Aye." Motion
carried.
Mr. Nicholson made a motion tc adjoum. Mr. Markham seconded the motion. All
members voted "Aye." Motion carried. The meeting was adjourned at 4:45 p.m.
