RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 119-00 PRELIMINARY
APPROVAL OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR EXPANSION OF THE
THIRD STREET PARKING RAMP
Whereas, an advertisement for bids for the construction of the Third Street Ramp
was published on April 28, 2000; and
Whereas, the City Council deemed it advisable to reject all bids received and re-
bid the project at a later date with modifications.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF DUBUQUE, IOWA:
That Resolution No. 119-00, Preliminary Approval of Plans and Specifications for
the construction of the Third Street Ramp be rescinded and that the said project be re-bid
at a later date.
Passed, approved, and adopted this 15th day of May, 2000.
