Approve Minutes of July 5 and July 6, 2011. Motion by Takes, Seconded by Schilling. Motion
carried 2 -0.
Establish Passing Point for the Position of Assistant Horticulturalist (August 16, 2011 Exam).
Motion by Takes to set the passing point at 58 correct answers and above and certify the list.
Seconded by Schilling. Motion carried 2 -0.
Establish Passing Point for the Position of Equipment Operator II Promotional (August 22,
2011 Exam). Motion by Takes to set the passing point at 77 and above correct answers and
certify the list. Seconded by Schilling. Motion carried 2 -0.
Establish Passing Point for the Position of Landfill Equipment Operator Entrance (August 10,
2011 Exam). Motion by Takes to set the passing point at 71 and above correct answers and
certify the list. Seconded by Schilling. Motion carried 2 -0.
Schedule Test Date for Promotional Examination Equipment Operator I. Motion by Schilling to
schedule the exam for 6:00 p.m. on September 28, 2011 with an application deadline of 5:00
p.m. on September 21. Schilling will proctor. Seconded by Takes. Motion carried 2 -0.
There being no further business, motion by Schilling, seconded by Takes to adjourn at 10:20
a.m. Motion carried 2 -0.
