ORDINANCE NO. 20-05
AMENDING CITY OF DUBUQUE CODE OF ORDINANCES SECTION 2-21
ESTABLISHING THE COMPENSATION OF THE MA VOR AND COUNCIL
MEMBERS
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BV THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF DUBUQUE, IOWA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Sec. 2-21 of the City of Dubuque Code of Ordinances is amended
to read as follows:
Sec. 2-21. Compensation.
(c) Effective January 1, 2006, the compensation for the Mayor shall be eleven
thousand five hundred dollars ($11,500) per annum, and the compensation for
Council Members shall be eight thousand five hundred dollars ($8,500) per
annum.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon publication.
