Absent: City Manager Van Milligen Mayor Duggan read the call and stated this is a special session of the City Council called for the pur- pose of the Convention and Visitors Bureau Pre- sentation. Steward Sandstrom President and CEO of th~ 'Dubuque Chamber of Commerce and Conven- tion and Visitors Bureau introduced Sue Czeshinski' Convention and VisitorS Bureau Director, and staff members present. Czeshinski reviewed the marketing and promotional activities of the past year as compared to what is proposed for Fiscal Year 2005 - 2006.
