This is a claim for damages to the electrmc gate to the
claimant's property, which was damaged when it came down on a City
of Dubuque fire truck. The fire truck had a "clicker" to open
the gate, and apparently it clicked twice, causing the gate to
come down on top of the fire truck.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services
of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa Communities Assurance Pool.
