SUBJECT: Commissioner Russell Nash
DISCUSSION: We have received word of the death of Russell Nash of 422 Loras Blvd.
In addition to his many other contributions to education, the arts, and to the Dubuque
community, Russell served for nearly fifte-en years as a member of the Cable Community
Teleprogramming Commission. He was ~lso active in public access television productions for
mallY years. In this venue and many others, his presence and contributions will be missed.
RF:QUESTED ACTION: The Requested Action is that you inform the City Council of the
passing ofRusselI Nash, of his longevity and contributions to the Cable Community
Telcprogramming Commission, and of the resulting vacancy on the Commission.
