Mayor Duggan read the call and stated this is a special session of the City Council called
for the purpose of discussing the Fourth Street Peninsula Plan.
1. Update on the Fourth Street Peninsula Plan
The discussion was led by Tim Moerman, Assistant City Manager; also present were
representatives of the Durrant Group, Peninsula Gaming, Chamber of Commerce and the
Fourth Street Peninsula Work Group.
Council discussed concerns and visions for the future of the Fourth Street Peninsula area
and gave staff and others their input on various issues.
