Present: Mayor Duggan, Council Members Buol, Cline, Markham, Michalski, Nicholson, City Manager Michael Van Milligen, Corporation Counsel Barry Lindahl. Absent: Council Member Robbins. Mayor Duggan read the call and stated this is a Special,. Session of the City Council called for the purpose of dis- cussing the Fourth Street Peninsula Plan. Discussion was led by Tim Moerman, Assistant City Manager; also present were representatives of the Durrant Group, Peninsula Gaming, Chamber of Commerce and the Fourth Street Peninsula Work Group. Council discussed concerns ' and visions for the future of the Fourth Street Peninsula area and gave staff and others their input on various issues.
