Richard S. Hillard 7/23/00 7/3/00 vehicle damage
This is a claim for damages to the claimant's parked vehicle,
which it sustained as a result of hot ash and wadding from the
Dubuque Jaycee~ July 4th fireworks display landing on the vehicle.
The Dubuque Jaycees Indemnity Agreement for this project
required that it be responsible for any claims that arose out of
its annual fireworks display. The claim has been forwarded to the
Dubuque Jaycees for handling.
