This is a cla~ for damages to the claimant's parked vehicle,
which it sustainedwh~n a City mower hit a can of paint and it
sprayed on the truck.
According"to the report'of John Hail, Park Division Manager,
this claim is correct as fil~d, and he recommends payment. The
Legal Department concurs and recommends that' this claim~ in the
amount of $100.27 be paid by the Finance Director and submitted to
lCAP for reimbursement.
