Van Milligen, City Manager FROM: Rich Russell, Building Services Manager SUBJECT: City Hall —HVAC System Improvements Project INTRODUCTION The enclosed resolution approves the plans, specifications, form of contract and estimate of costs for the City Hall— HVAC System Improvements Project. BACKGROUND The City Council scheduled a public hearing for approval of the plans, specifications, form of contract and estimate of costs at the October 3, 2011 City Council meeting. The engineer's estimate of costs is $600,000. The funding sources for this project will be from the City Hall Remodeling CIP ($547,000) and ARRA funds ($43,000). RECOMMENDATION I recommend that the City Council approve the plans, specifications, form of contract and estimate of costs for the City HaII —HVAC System Improvements Project.
