WHEREAS, there are more than 100 million wireless subscribers in the United
States today; and
WHEREAS, the newness of the technology has left all of us unsure of times
how to handle situations with cellular telephones and other
wireless technology; and
WHEREAS, a public education campaign regarding wireless etiquette in a
variety of situations would benefit wireless users and the general
public.
NOW THEREFORE, I, TERRANCE M. DUGGAN, MAYOR OF THE CITY OF
DUBUQUE, IOWA DO HEREBY PROCLAIM THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER AS:

IN THE CITY OF DUBUQUE, IOWA.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto
