I am Writing this letter regarding a claim I filed against the city of Dubuque. I was not happy with the
results and was told I needed to write you to have my claim looked at again.
The claim was filed because my car was scratched by a paint machine painting tines in the employee
parking lot at the Dubuque Regional Airport.
