The submitted plat of survey creates five lots and thus is . considered a minor final plat by the City Subdivision Regulations. DISCUSSION The City of DUbuque is requesting approval of the submitted plat of survey to allow the creation of an additional lot for sale and development. Lot 1 of 2, Lot 6 and a portion of the vacated right-ot-way for Kerper Court will be combined to make one lot. All the lots platted as part of this plat of survey are in compliance with the City of Dubuque Subdivision Regulations in terms of lot area and lot frontage. RECOMMENDATION Planning staff recommends the Zoning Advisory Commission approve the plat of survey Lot 1 of 2 and Lot 2 ot 2 of Kerper Industrial Park and Lot 6, C, and 0 of Kerper Industrial Park. Recommendation Bya vote of 7 to 0, the Zoning Advisory Commission recommends that the City Council approve the request.
