Dear Mr. Duggan:
On August 22, 2000, I conducted a certification inspection
of the City of Dubuque Board of Health swimming pool/spa
program in accordance with Chapter 135I, Iowa Code, and the
contractual agreement between the City of Dubuque Board of
Health and the Iowa Department of Public Health. The
certification inspection included a review of inspection
quality, notification and enforcement procedures, and
program records.
Based on my observations, we hereby certify that the City of
Dubuque Board of Health swimming pool/spa program is being
conducted in accordance with Chapter 135I, Iowa Codej 641-
Chapter 15, Iowa Administrative Codej and the contractual
agreement between the City of Dubuque Board of Health and
this department.
