RESOLUTION NO. 474-00
RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION 413-00 PRELIMINARY
APPROVAL OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR SUTTON POOL
WATER PLAYGROUND CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
WHEREAS, an advertisement for bids for the Sutton Pool Water Playground
Construction Project was published on August 25, 2000; and
WHEREAS, the City Council deemed it advisable to reject all bids received and re-
bid the project at a later date with modifications.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
DUBUQUE, IOWA:
That Resolution No. 413-00, Preliminary Approval of Plans and Specifications for
the Sutton Pool Water Playground Construction Project be rescinded and that the said
project be re-bid at a later date.
Passed, approved and adopted this 2nd day of October
