RESOLUTION NO. 493-00
RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH
PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2001 BUDGET
AND DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Whereas, it is proposed that the City of Dubuque amend its Fiscal Year 2001
budget; and
Whereas, Section 384.16 of the Code of Iowa stipulates that a public hearing
must be held on such a budget amendment.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF DUBUQUE, IOWA:
Section 1. That the City Clerk by and is hereby authorized and directed to
publish notice of public hearing on an amendment to the adopted budget for the City of
. Dubuque, Iowa.
