This is a claim for damages to the claimant's parked vehicle,
which it sustained when it was struck by a Project Concern bus.
Under its contract with the City of Dubuque,' Project Concern
agrees to be responsible for any claims that arise out of the work
performed under that contract. This claim, therefore, has been
forwarded to Project Concern for processing.
