Amendment Number 2 -- Amendment Effective Date September 12, 2000
Dear Mayor Duggan:
The Iowa Department of Economic Development (IDED) hereby amends the above referenced HOME
Investment Partnership Program Master Contract and Funding Agreement by revising the completion
date and extending the performance period to December 31, 2000.
Therefore, said Master Contract and Funding Agreement by and between the Iowa Department of
Economic Development ("Department or IDED") and the City of Dubuque ("Recipient") is amended as
of the date stated above as follows:
Amend each Article in the Master Contract and Funding Agreement that refers to "Exhibit A" to "Exhlbit
A, as amended."
The followin2 amendments will be made to the Fundin2 A2reement:
Amend Article 1.1 TIME OF PERFORMANCE. by revising the completion date and extending the
performance period to December 31,2000.
Amend Article3.1 DOCUMENTS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. by changing the Funding
Agreement Exhibit A Program Schedule date to December 31, 2000.
Except as otherwise revised above, the tenns, provisions, and conditions of the Master Contract and
Funding Agreement remain unchanged and are in full force and effect.
