The award is for the rehabilitation and transformation of the former Roshek Brothers Department Store building into a modern international call operations center and retail destination, spurring development in downtown Dubuque, Iowa. On behalf of all of us at the National Trust for Historic Preservation, congratulations! We will announce this year's winners in Buffalo, New York, at the 2011 National Preservation Conference. Please note that this information is em bargoed until e awards ceremony.The ceremony highlighting the winners' achievements will to e place on Thursday, October 20, 2011, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at Kleinhans Music Hall in Buffalo.
