DISCUSSION The attached Plats of Survey Bee Branch Subdivision Nos. 3, 4, 5 and 6 subdivide the west 100 feet of each parcel to allow for homes on the Washington Street frontage. RECOMMENDATION An owner's consent is required on the platting documents prior to recording. It is my recommendation that these Plats of Surveys for Bee Branch Subdivision Nos. 3, 4, 5 and 6 be approved and signed by the Mayor in order to make available parcels for resale and providing the remaining area for construction of the Bee Branch Channel and appurtenances.
