We hereby petition said elected officials to remedy the problem of drainage /run
off water collecting behind the homes both on Kaufmann Avenue and Valerie.
Street, just West of Cushing Street, Dubuque, Iowa.
It has caused undue hardship and considerable cost to the property owners, as
well as, liability and risk to both property owners and the city.
Please schedule a hearing at a future city council meeting for property owners to
discuss, share and present ideas and or solutions.
