Dear Mr. Firnstahl:
According to the Dubuque Racing Association (DRA) Bylaws, the DRA Board of Directors
requires governmental representatives, which include three members of the Dubuque
City Council and the City Manager or his designee. Currently Mayor Roy Buol, Kevin
Lynch, Ric Jones and Michael Van Milligen are serving on the DRA Board of Directors.
The governmental appointees are nominated on a yearly basis.
At your earliest convenience, would you please notify in writing the names of the City's
designees no later than Friday, December 1, 2011? You assistance in this matter is
greatly appreciated.
