This is a claim in which claimant alleges that as she was traveling east on 6th Street
near the Post Office, her tire was damaged after she ran over a leaf spring clamp which
came off of a City of Dubuque Jule bus.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
