Attached you will find some general information on accomplishments of the AmeriCorps Vista volunteer, Tara Nelson, including a bilingual community resource map, a flyer regarding Dialogue Circles on "Facing the Challenges of Discrimination," an updated list of available translators in the community, and a resource sheet on English language assistance, available in English, Spanish, and Marshalese. ------------ ., 01 · 1 ~ Dla ague Cite es Facing the Challenges of Discrimination Take advantage of this opportunity to discuss issues related to discrimination, race, ethnicity and community relations in a safe and non-threatening environment. This study circle format is open, democratic, and collaborative. The Dialogue Circles include three, two-hour sessions: two discussion meetings and one action forum. The purpose of the Dialogue Circles is to help our citizens and community be more welcoming. Please participate in this wonderful event!
