This is a claim for damages to the claimant's car, which it
sustained when ..it was involved in a three-car accident 'and was hit
by a Dubuque Police Department squad car at the intersection of
Iowa and Loras Boulevard.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of
Iowa, the agent for the Iowa Communities Assurance Pool.
