This is a claim for d~nages to the claimant'S plastic trash
can, which it sustained when it was thrown by a sanitation worker.
According to the report of Mr. Paul F. Schultz, Solid Waste
Management Supervisor, the claim is correct as filed and he
recomnlends that it be paid. It is therefore the recommendation of
the Legal Department that this claim, in the ~ount of $20.00, be
paid by the Finance Director and submitted to lCAP for reimburse-
