SUBJECT: Dubuque Main Street Awards for City
On Wednesday, October 4, Dubuque Main Street, Ltd., held its Annual Meeting and
presented its 1 5th Anniversary Year Awards. Two of these awards were given to the City of
Dubuque for Best Public Improvement Project. Council Member Ann Michalski, the City
Council's representative on the Main Street Board accepted the awards on behalf of the City.

The awards are for completion of the Cable Car Square Antique Lights Project and the
opening of ath Street. The actual award certificates accompany this memorandum.
